GRUNDY, Va. ? Yolanda Harriet Stacy McClanahan, 57 years of age of Grundy, VA, passed away Friday, August 12, 2016 at Bristol Regional Medical Center, following an extended illness. Born in Richlands, VA, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Della (Mullins) Stacy. She was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and was of the Church of Christ Faith. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and was a retired employee of Buchanan County Social Service.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1-Brother Wedsel S. Stacy.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband: James Ragus McClanahan Jr.; her Daughter: Della Elizabeth "Liza" Keene; her Son: James Ragus McClanahan III; 1-Sister: Rita S. Stacy Mullins; 1-Brother: Coburn A. Stacy; Grandchildren: Malaya Bell, Myiah Bell, Knightleigh Bell, Maverick Keene, Nevaeh Keene, and Xazier Keene.

Also survived by several nieces, nephews and a multitude of kids she had taken under her wings.

Funeral Services for Yolanda Harriet Stacy McClanahan will be conducted Monday, August, 15, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel with Ministers Dennis Wimmer and Hobert Kennedy officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.

Friends may call at the Grundy Funeral Home Chapel Sunday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services at 7:00 P.M.

Active Pallbearers will be James Ragus McClanahan III, Justin Keene, Joshua Stewart, Ryan Mullins, Doug Fields, Johnny Hatfield, Derick Hurley and Ricky May.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Mickey McGlothlin, Clint Sutherland, Clark Kennedy Jr., Bill Pierce, Joel Boyd, Huey Dickey, Paul Mullins, Ray Collins, Curtis Mullins Jr., Thomas Mullins, Brooks Garrett, Carl Dorton, James Street, Terry Rife, Greg Rife and Boy Scouts of the Breaks District.
