William G. Clark Obituary
Gary - William G. "Billy" Clark, age, 78, departed this life on January 11, 2026, after a short illness. A resident of Gary, WV, most of his life, the son of the late Eve Sikora Clark and Oren P. Clark.
He was a graduate of Gary High School.
Billy was also preceded in death by brother in law, Jay Perdue and special aunts and uncles, Mary and Pat Grimes and Ann and Jess Ramsey
Survivors include his brother, Perry Clark and wife Mary Frances of Princeton, WV, and sister, Mary Kathryn Perdue of Bluefield, VA. Billy is also survived by nieces, Jessica Fried (Jeremy) and children Abigail and Eloise, of Ellicott City, Maryland, Carmella Clark of Princeton, WV; Carrie Perdue and children Brady and Brooks Gates of Mooresville, NC; and nephew, Jason Perdue of Bluefield, VA.
Despite several medical conditions and resultant limitations since birth including significant vision loss, Billy was able to go to school and participate in a lot of childhood activities. As an adult he enjoyed being with family, especially all family gatherings, including the holidays. He enjoyed reading, watching sports on TV, keeping track of ball scores to the extent allowed by his reduced vision.
Billy was loved throughout his life by his family and will be missed.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell.
