Guy Timothy St. Clair was born April 16, 1968, at Jeffersonville Hospital in Tazewell, VA. Delivered by his great uncle, he was the third child of the late
A. G. St. Clair, Jr., and Betty Byrd St. Clair.
Born with Down Syndrome, he faced many challenges in life and met them all head on with a smile and contagious laughter.
He will be missed greatly by his sister Lucy St. Clair, with whom he made his home after his parents' passing, his brother Alex St. Clair Ill, Tammy Phillips who was like another sister to him and his best friend Irma Mitchell.
