Wytheville - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Teresa Lee Munsey Billings, a beloved wife, daughter, mother, and Gigi.

Teresa passed away on April 29, 2025 in Wytheville, VA, at the age of 67. She was born on November 10, 1957 in Bluefield, WV to Eldon and Priscilla Munsey.

Teresa graduated from Bluefield High School in 1976. She loved banking and was proudly a loan officer and employee at First Community Bank for over 35 years.

She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

She is survived by her devoted husband of over 25 years Walter "Ray" Billings & stepson Therron and wife Janna, her mother and best friend Priscilla "Brownie" Munsey, brother Steven Munsey and wife Kathy and son Matthew, and daughter Tiffany Michael and husband Robert and 3 sweet grandsons Connor, Declan, and Crosby. She also leaves behind many wonderful friends, family Wade and Peggy Billings, and a loyal neighbor Jeff Pease who were extremely helpful while her health was declining.

Teresa is preceded in death by her dear father Eldon in 2009.

Funeral services will be held at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home in Bluewell, WV on Friday May 2 with Rev. Dr. Doug Hyndrich officiating. Visitation begins at 1pm with the service beginning at 2. She will be laid to rest at Roselawn Cemetery on Thursday May 8 at 10am. Cravens-Shires Funeral Home is serving the Billings family.
