Stacy Paul Brewer, age 49, of Bastian, VA (the Grapefield Community) passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016. He was born July 13, 1967 in Radford VA and was preceded in death by his father, Roy Olin Brewer.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Sheri Kidd Brewer; a son, Casey Paul Brewer both of the home; his mother and step-father, Glenthia and Dewey Fisher of Speedwell, VA; a sister, Mary Brewer Blanks and husband Carlton of Apex, NC; nieces and nephews, Cole Kidd, Ava Kidd, Emme Blanks and Will Blanks.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the Levitt Family Cemetery in the Grapefield Community with Pastor John Blessing, Pastor Paul Looney and Mr. John Terry officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday evening at the Highland Bland Funeral Chapel or they may call at his residence or the residence of his mother at any time. The family asks that those who are attending the graveside service to meet early at the Grapefield Church of God for directions to the cemetery or transportation if needed. All are invited after the service to meet back at the Grapefield Church of God for food and fellowship (3120 Grapefield Road, Bastian).
