Elgood - Rebecca Jane "Betty" Blankenship Whitlow, 94, of Elgood, WV, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2026 at her home in Elgood, WV surrounded by her loved ones. Visitation will be held on March 11, 2026, at Kellysville Church of God in Kellysville, WV, from 12:00 pm until the Celebration of Life service which begins at 1:00 pm.
