BIG ROCK, Va. -- Paul Delano Elswick, 75 years of age of Big Rock, VA, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, May 27, 2016 at the Heritage Hall Nursing Home, Grundy, VA. Born in Grundy, VA, he was the son of Roscoe W. and Goldie Mullins Elswick. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and was a member of New Hope Christian Church. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and was a self-employed fan manufacturer.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2-Sons: Paul D. (Mark) Elswick II and Billy J. Elswick.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Janne Elswick, Big Rock, VA; his children, Nancy C. Sims, Melissa J. Davis, Maranda J. Elswick, Gregory Todd Elswick and Gediyon Kifle.

Also, survived by 16-Grandchildren, 6-Great-Grandchildren, 1-Great-Granddaughter to be and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Paul Delano Elswick will be conducted Monday, May 30, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the New Hope Christian Church with Evg. William L. Neeley officiating. A private committal service will follow at Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.

Friends may call at the New Hope Christian Church Sunday evening at 6:00 P.M. with services at 7:00 P.M.

Active Pallbearers will be Mountain Mission School Welding Class and Employees of Paul's Fans.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Doctors and Staff of Buchanan General Hospital and Staff of Heritage Hall Nursing Home.
