Patricia W. Caffrey Obituary
Patricia W. Caffrey, 93, of Welch, West Virginia passed away September 5, 2022, at McDowell Nursing and Rehabilitation in Gary, West Virginia. Patricia was born August 09, 1929, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Phillip and Elizabeth Shubert Wallace.
Patricia was a former member of Rose and Mum Garden Club, worked for Bell Telephone prior to her marriage and was an avid supporter of The McDowell County Library. She loved to read, loved her flowers and her meditation garden.
Patricia was preceded in death by her late husband, John E. Caffrey of Welch, West Virginia; two brothers: Oliver (Skip) and Michael Wallace and one sister, Joann DiMarco.
Survivors include her son, Kevin Caffrey and wife, Marjorie of Welch, brother, Bernard Wallace and wife, Aggie of Knoxville, Tennessee, many nieces and nephews whom she loved, as well as her special caregivers: Wilma Johnston and Sandra Walker.
Per her request, she will be cremated with no service.
Fanning Funeral Home of Welch is serving the family.
