Winchester, Virginia - Patricia Lucille Bell (née Richardson), born November 5, 1942, in Carswell Hollow, WV, passed away on December 9, 2025, in Winchester, VA. Patricia was a longtime resident of Winchester and was known for her devotion to her family, her passion for researching genealogy, and her love of collecting treasures from flea markets. Patricia is survived by her loving husband, Jack Bell; her son, Bryan (Gwyn) Bell; her grandchildren, Matthew (Anna) Bell, Jacob (Kelsea) Bell, and Emily Bell; and her great-grandchild, Calan Bell. Patricia was preceded in death by her son, Douglas Bell. A homemaker at heart, Patricia touched the lives of many with her kindness and curiosity. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Winchester SPCA.
