BASTIAN, Va. -- Ollie Mae Kitts Green, age 75, of Bastian, VA passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016. She was born in Bland Co., VA on May 6, 1941 the daughter of the late Kenner Kitts and Erma Vanover Kitts. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maynard Green and a daughter, Teresa Collier.
She is survived by her children, Tina Green Metayer and husband Ted Metayer, Jr. and their son, Ted Metayer, III of Ludlow, MA, Michael Green and Crystal Green and their children, Caitlin, James, Joseph, Nicholas of New Carlaisle, OH; sisters, Sandra Shelton of Richlands, Debra Atwell of Rocky Gap, VA and Carol Floyd of Fairmont, NC.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 27, 2016 at the Kenner Kitts Cemetery in Bastian with Pastor Paul Looney officiating.
The family will receive friends Sunday evening, June 26, 2016 at the Bland Funeral Chapel from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M.
