Princeton - Nancy Carolyn Smith Jones, 90, of Princeton, passed peacefully into the arms of her Savior Monday, December 29, 2025, at her home with her daughters by her side.

Born August 6, 1935, in Cherry Falls, WV, she was the daughter of the late Bert W. and F. Paulette Smith of Princeton. Nancy was a graduate of Marshall University. She and her late husband, Norman, lived in Baltimore, MD, Coalwood, WV, and Princeton, WV. She was an active member of First United Methodist Church.

She leaves behind a legacy of love that will be cherished for generations.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of sixty-six years, Dr. Norman "Doc" L. Jones. Survivors include three daughters: Prisca Dalton (Greg); Penny Eanes (Eric); and Petrina Pate (Rick); five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 9, at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in

Princeton with the Reverend Michael Rexroad officiating. Friends may visit on Friday at 10:00 A.M.
