Nancy Ann Rebuck Gillespie age 84 of Bland VA, the Suiter community, passed away Thursday evening, April 15, 2021.

Nancy was born May 29, 1936 in West Virginia, the daughter of the late Wallace & Josephine Langford Rebuck; she was preceded in death by her husband Billy Howard Gillespie & her brother Edward Rebuck.

Nancy & her late Husband Billy attended Trinity United Methodist Church for many years.

Nancy is survived by Her son & daughter-in-law: Ike & Cynthia Gillespie of Bassett VA; Her brother & sister-in-law: Johnny & Ann Rebuck of Huntersville NC; Her sister-in-law: Nira Gail Rebuck of Princeton WV; Her 2 grandchildren: Stephanie Gillespie, Jason & Brenda Gillespie; Her 4 great grandchildren: Corrine, Camille, Autumn Rayne, Stephanie; Her 2 great-great grandchildren: Sophia, Isabella. Many extended family & special friends also survive.

A memorial service will be held Friday, April 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Bland Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Darlene Marshall officiating, there will be no public visitation at the Funeral Home.

All who are planning to attend the service are required to wear a facial covering & practice social distancing. Please remember that a kind word or a warm smile can be as meaningful to the family as a hug or a handshake during these difficult times.
