Sanford, NC - Linda C. Jenks, 75, of Sanford, North Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

Born on October 16, 1950, in English, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Preston and Nora Joyce Keene.

Linda devoted her life to her family and home, serving as a dedicated homemaker and a loving wife to the late Maskel "Mackie" D. Jenks, Sr. She was a faithful Christian whose kindness, strength, and quiet devotion were evident in every part of her life. Linda was a cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and her family was her greatest joy.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Pamela Estep; a grandson, Timothy Jones, Jr.; and her brothers, Perry Keene and Winfred Keene.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Carol Jones and husband Scott of Lillington, NC; two sons, Maskel Jenks, Jr. of Tuscaloosa, AL, and Bobby Jenks and wife Emily of Hurricane, WV; seven grandchildren, Ashley Zayas, Nicholas Estep, Troy Jones, Daelen Jenks, Hollister Jenks, Meredith Jenks, and David Jenks; and three great-grandchildren, Paisley Estep, Eli Zayas, and Dezi Zayas. She is also survived by her brothers, Ralph Keene and wife Kay of Olive Hill, KY, Samuel Keene and wife Barbara of War, WV, Fredrick Keene of English, WV, and Wilburn Keene of English, WV, along with a host of nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at 1pm. at Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger, WV, with Reverend Tommy Jenks officiating. Burial will follow in the Noah Stewart Cemetery on Keen Ridge Road near Paynesville, WV.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Friends may visit with the family on Saturday evening, November 15, 2025, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger, WV.
