Princeton - John Lee Eller, 43, of Princeton, left this earth peacefully, as the snow fell quietly, on January 25, 2026, surrounded by family and friends.

John was born May 31, 1982, to Jack and Judy Eller at Bluefield Regional Hospital.

John was a graduate of Princeton Senior High School in 2000 and completed his education with a degree in graphic design and studio art from Concord University in 2005.

John lit up every room he entered with impeccable style, and a fashion sense like no other. He brought joy to all and was a friend to so many in our community.

A loyal member of the Star 95 family for over a decade, John was dedicated to his clients and loved what he did, achieving multiple awards from the West Virginia broadcasters association for best digital media.

John spent his life doing for others, seen through his tireless volunteer work and integral roles with the Bluefield Beautification Commission; organizing community events such as Oktoberfest in the park, Lemonade Days, and the Winter Warmer.

He enjoyed classic horror films and took pride in being an avid collector, a passion he and his dad shared together.

John is survived by his father, Jack Eller, of Princeton and his special Godson Carter.

Services to honor John's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. until the service hour on Thursday.

In lieu of flowers, please wear a smile or a flower and come as you are, as John would have. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park in Princeton.
