Harriet Regina Adams, age 59, of Coalwood, passed away Monday, November 14, 2011 at Welch Community Hospital. Born July 22, 1952 in Coalwood, W.Va., she was the daughter of Raymond and Jose Sheets Hylton. She was the loving wife of Rodney Harold Adams and also the loving mother of three children, Christopher R. Adams and wife Jessica, Eric A. Adams and Jodie M. Adams. She was the loving grandmother of Christopher J. Adams and Reagen E. Adams and one expected grandchild. She was the youngest of nine brothers and sisters. Those preceding her in death are the late Lorraine Rose Hylton, Wanda Hylton, Johnny Hylton and Billy Ray. Her surviving siblings include, Phyllis Novack, Mary Puckett, Edie Spencer, Harold Hylton; and a Good Friend, Clarice Bailey. She spent her last days in Welch, W.Va., living on Stewart Street. Regina loved her family and friends. She also loved Myrtle Beach and watching Jeff Gordon and "The Nanny." She will be missed dearly. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 18, 2011 at 12 noon from the Coalwood Pentecostal Holiness Church in Coalwood with the Reverend Gene Kirk officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Princeton W.Va. Friends may call Friday at the church, from 11 a.m. to 12 noon. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
