Naples, FL - Cecelia Barch Salcines, 95, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at her home in Naples, FL.
She was born to Helen Julia Barch and Ambrose C. Barch in Filbert, WV.
She graduated from Gary High School in 1948 and married Philip Salcines who proceeded her in death in March 2010. She also was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Gertrude (Barch) Swol, Genevieve (Barch) Block, Winifred Julie (Barch) Kowalczyk and Eugene J. Barch.
Cecelia is survived by one brother, Walter Barch and his wife Ariadne Ricki (Malamatinis) Barch of Naples, Fl. She is survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
Her body has been cremated, and a service will be announced in the future.
