Nancy's Story

Nancy Carol Warwick Walters, 82, of Bellepoint departed this life for her heavenly home Tuesday, April 25th, 2017 at Summers Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a short illness.

Born December 18th, 1934 at Raleigh County she was the daughter of the late John "Ted" and Addine Morris Warwick.

Nancy was a member of War Ridge Freewill Baptist Church. She was a former employee of Pence Springs Manufactoring. A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, great grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, playing bingo and visiting with friends.

Nancy was preceded in death by one brother, John Paul Warwick and one sister Nora Vada Warwick Hall.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 65 years, Clyde Walters Jr. at home; one daughter, Karen Dale Walters Kirk of Bluefield; two sons, J.C. Walters of Hinton and Larry Wade Walters of Princeton; five grandchildren, Klay Kirk and his wife Whitney of Corbin, KY, Krag Kirk of Bluefield, VA, Alex Walters and Wife Autumn of Charleston, SC, Nick Walters of Hinton and Olivia Walters of Huntington, WV; three great-grandchildren, Brayden Kirk of Collinsville, IL, Kailyn Marie Kirk of Corbin, KY and Isabella Vance-Kirk of Bluefield, VA; one brother, Lonnie Warwick and April of Mt. Hope; one sister, Susie Warwick and Gary of Mt. Hope and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 29th, 2017 at Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Chapel. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery at Ballengee. Friends may call from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Friday at the funeral parlors.

Kay Kirk, Krag Kirk, Alex Walters, Nick Walters, Johnny Angotti and Benny Tordero will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers donations of sympathy may be made to Nancy Walters, PO Box 760, Hinton, WV 25951.
