SUGAR HILL, Ga. — Marsha Leigh White McCauley, 67, of Sugar Hill, Georgia, formerly of Princeton, passed away January 9, 2017 at home in Sugar Hill, GA after a long illness.
Special thanks for the loving care she received from her husband of 19 years, Keith Edward McCauley and her sister Lisa White Lucado. For so long she has prayed every night to go home and now she is at peace with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we are so thankful.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Grady Allen White and Martha Leona Johnson White; one nephew, Peter Allen White; and her brother-in-law Virgil "Lucky" Lucado.
Marsha was born on March 11, 1949. She graduated from Mullen High School in Pikeville, KY and received a business degree from Hickey Secretarial School in New Kensington, PA. When she moved to Princeton she became a writer and reporter for the Sunset News. At the age of 21, she became an American Airline Stewardess based in New York. She later moved to Florida and became a cosmetologist and managed the salon at the Safety Harbor Spa.
Marsha had something very special about her that everyone who came in contact with her felt. She was a bright star to her family and all who met her. She was very loved and will be sorely missed by us all.
