HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Margaret Elizabeth Farley, 79, of Huntsville, AL. formerly of Mercer & Summers Counties died Friday, March 17, 2017 at her residence.
Born March 10, 1938 in West Virginia, she was the daughter of Wilma Joyce Farley Nichols of Hendersonville, NC and the late Leonard Lee Nichols.
She was a retired court reporter for the State of Alabama and a member of the Cove United Methodist Church at Chase, AL.
Survivors in addition to her mother Wilma, her husband Ben Farley of Huntsville AL, two daughters; Retta Bastiaans & husband Michael, Wilma Jackson & husband Mack, Eight grandchildren & One great-grandchild; Three siblings: Fred Nichols & wife Betty, Ray Nichols & wife Connie and Joyce Parisien.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 25, 2017 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor Dallas Peyton, Jr., officiating. Burial will follow in the Farley Family Cemetery at Pipestem.
Friends may visit with the family Saturday from 1:00 PM until the service hour at the funeral home.
