Julia Harriet Sisk, 86, of Princeton died Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center. Born November 19, 1930 in Spanishburg she was the daughter of the late Patrick C. Twohig, Sr. and Viola Brown Twohig. Julia was a homemaker and a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church in Princeton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rex Berkeley Sisk; one grandson, Raymond Sisk; six sisters; and two brothers.
Survivors include one son, Robert Brown Sisk and wife Lucille of Bluefield; one daughter, Julia Johnson and husband Johnny of Jacksonville, FL; three grandchildren, David Johnson and wife Kimberly, Wesley Johnson and wife Jamie, and Joy Kinser and husband Eddie; two great grandchildren, Donte Sisk and Sammy Kinser; and one sister, Brownie Williams of Princeton.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Friday, May 5, 2017 at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with Rev. Daniel Gunnoe officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until the service hour on Friday.
