Daniel Ray's Story
NORTH TAZEWELL, Va. — Daniel Ray "Danny" Wright, age 58 of the Dry Fork community of North Tazewell, VA died Saturday, December 31, 2016 at his home. Born April 1, 1958 at Tazewell, VA, he was a son of the late Kelly and Mary Hall Wright. He owned and operated a mining equipment repair company for 40 years and currently worked for Tazewell County driving and doing repairs.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Richard Leigh "Rambler" Wright and one brother, Ronald Vernon Wright.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela D. Wright; children, Katrina Large and husband, Paul, Kimberly Cavell and husband, Josh, Mindy Ramey and husband, Matt, Katrina Pickett and husband, John, Jeremy Fields and wife, Brandi; special acquired daughter, Karissa Fair; twelve grandchildren; brother, Leonard Wright and wife, Linda; sisters, Jan Stump and husband, Randy, Donna Wyatt and husband, Jesse, and Liz Kitts and husband, Clyde; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins; close and special friends who are family.
Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Danny's Life on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 2 PM at the family's residence at 6964 Dry Fork Rd, North Tazewell, VA.
