Cecelia Ann's Story
Rocky Gap, VA- Cecelia Ann Agee Tupper, 75, of Rocky Gap, VA, died Wednesday 4, 2017 at a Bluefield hospital.
Born April 8, 1942 in Wyoming Co., Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Wesley Walter Agee and Beulah Mae Matics Agee. Mrs. Tupper was a homemaker and loved gardening, outdoors and butter-flies. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She was a loving, devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Benjamin Ingle, III; one brother, and two sister.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Tupper, of the home; two children, Carlin Dean Brown of Texas and Kathy Wakefield-Luciuk and husband James of Edmondston, MD; two sisters, Carol Sue Stafford of Archdale, NC and Lillie Mae Bennett of Kegley, WV; one brother, Winford Wesley Agee and wife Alice of Beckley, WV; seven beloved grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one on the way. ?
