Billy worked in the concrete business nearly all his life. He was certified in all aspects of the concrete business with multi-state certifications. There, he continued on that same path until 2014. In October 2016, the same path that led him to Bluffton, SC led him back home to Princeton, WV. Besides working he also had hobbies. He loved guns and all that comes with them. Billy loved to shoot, melt his own lead, load his own bullets, and spend time on the gun range. He also loved music, singing, NASCAR, and drag racing.
