PRINCETON — Anne B. Caldwell, 83, of Princeton, died Friday, March 31, 2017 at Cassell's Board And Care in Princeton. Born in Princeton January 15, 1934 she was the daughter of the late Carl and Besse Eads Bauguess.
She retired as an Aide from the Mercer County School System last serving as a math tutor at Princeton Junior High School. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Princeton where she was formerly active in the Women's Circle. She was a former Cub Scout Leader and member of the Extension Homemaker's Club and friends of the Library.
Anne enjoyed and was very talented at both Knitting and Crochet. She was a Certified Fair and Festival Judge for crafts and photography.
In addition to her parents her husband, Jerry Kyle Caldwell, preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Sherwood and her husband Bill of Princeton and Catherine Leonard and her husband Henry of Blacksburg, VA; two sons, Carl Caldwell and wife Elaine of Brentwood, TN and Charles "Chuck" Caldwell and wife Tabatha of Island Creek; eleven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren and best friend and caregiver, Nadine Tomlinson, of Princeton.
Services to celebrate the life of Anne will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Monday, April 3, 2017, at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with Dr. David Dockery officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Park Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call at Seaver Funeral Home from 12:00 Noon to the service hour on Monday.
