Albert Allen Kade affectionately known as Curley, 83, peacefully died Tuesday August 8, 2017 at home in Walnut Creek surrounded by his family. He leaves his wife of over 50 years, Jeannette; his son, Rodney, his daughter, Kathryn; 7 younger brothers and sisters, and many dear friends. He was the son of Ernest and Chloe Kade, he was born in Bluefield, West Virginia in April. After serving in the U.S. Navy to 1955, he settled in the California Bay Area and married Mom in 1961. Dad ~ always positive, kind, gentle and full of life ~ a loving husband, father, and son. He retired after 45 yrs. in the automobile business and his expertise and reputation led him to be known and loved in the community. Dad loved the countryside and country music, spending time with his family and friends, old Chevy trucks, gardening, reading, horses and auto racing. He passed this onto all of us and he will always remain deep in our hearts and influence our daily lives. He will be missed dearly. Dad will be cremated privately and remain with his family in peace at this time.
