Wilma Flora's Story
Wilma Flora Green Shell, 83, of Princeton died Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at Heritage Hall in Rich Creek, VA. Born November 12, 1933 in Herndon, WV she was the daughter of the late Elzy Isaac Green and Blanche Paine Green. She was a retired Lab Technician at Bluefield Regional Hospital and St. Luke's Hospital in Bluefield. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, David Shell; three sisters, Bonita Mae Green, Bernice Pack, and Lila Coburn; and two brothers, Bill Green and Robert Green. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Survivors include one daughter, Pamela Combs of Pinnacle, NC; two grandchildren, Stacy Combs Anderson and husband Travis and Adam Combs and companion Rebecca Holston and her son, Ayden Smith; two great grandchildren, Kennedy Anderson and Maddix Elijah Combs; and special friend, Agatha Wall of Princeton.
Graveside services will be conducted at 12:00 Noon, Friday, September 15, 2017 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton with Rev. Lacy Brooks officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Friends may call at Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton from 11:00 AM until the service hour on Friday. Those attending the graveside service are asked to meet at the funeral home by 11:30 AM.
