Oliver Donald Fogg Oliver Donald Fogg, a resident of Owasso, Oklahoma, passed away September 24, 2018, at the age of 91. He was born on June 4, 1927 to Ralph Fogg and Delsa (Dunken) Brumfield in Naugatuk, WV. He served in the United States Marine Corp during World War II, Korean War, and Vietnam and retired from the military after serving 21 years. He attained the rank of Staff Sargeant. In 1969, he moved his family to Bluefield, VA. He became a Chaplain for the American Legion and a member of the Freemasons. Oliver also retired as a Coal Mine Superintendent and was a Deacon of the First Baptist Church in Bluefield, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Fogg and Delsa Brumfield; wife Diane Fogg, one brother, Ray Fogg, and his sister, Sue Bradshaw. He is survived by his 3 sons, Dana, Keith and Craig; five daughters, Treena, Tonya, Tara, Dreama and Paige; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
