Mack Allen Law, 75, better known to the railroad community as "MAL", received his blessed robe of immortality on October 10, 2017.
He was born September 2, 1942, one of six children to Akers and Pansy Law. Mack, born in Gary, WV, attended Gary public until his parents moved to Bluefield, VA. After graduating from Tazewell County High School, Mack worked for Betsy Ross bakery. He married his lifelong partner, Gloria Law and became a father and provider for his family. Mack became an employee of Norfolk Southern Railroad and was a loyal, dedicated employee until his retirement. Mack believed that the Lord was truly the head of his life. In addition to his parents, Mack was preceded in death by his Wife, Gloria Law; Son, Tracy Law; Sister, Eula Mae Law; Brothers: Boyd and Clifford Law; Granddaughter, Asija Nicole Law; and Sister in Law, Alma (Boyd) Law; Brother in Laws, Benjamin McCormick and Roy Walker.
Mack Leaves to cherish his wonderful memories, his Son, Trevis Antowine Law of the home; Sisters: Estelle (Ben) McCormick and Ann (Roy) Law; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral Services will be Friday, October 20, 2017 at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 113 Wilson Street, Bluefield, VA, with Pastor Roger Walton officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
