Linda Mae Cocus, 65 of Princeton died Sunday, June 10, 2018, at Glenwood Park Retirement Village in Princeton following a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born in Princeton July 29, 1952 she was the daughter of the late Johnnie and Thelma Dooley Cocus.
Linda was a graduate of Princeton High School and was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church in Princeton.
In addition to her parents, one brother, Johnnie Cocus, Jr., preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sisters, Karen Semonco and husband Patrick of Princeton and Sharon Bragg and husband Shawn of Bluefield; two brothers, Joe Cocus and wife Shasta of Waverly, OH and Bill Cocus of Princeton; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Linda will be conducted 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Shawn Bragg officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Park Cemetery in Princeton. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
