I had the honor to meet Kenny when I worked at True Value. A wonderful man full of all things kind. Always a kind word. May memories comfort you. He will be your guardian angel on your shoulder.

Sherman and I send our heartfelt sympathy to all of Kenny's family. We have known Kenny and the Puckett families for years. Sherman grew up in Springville almost next door to him. Both of us knew him from church and working at Bluefield Supply. Kenny was a fine man and lived a life worth living. His suffering is over, but he leaves a shining star and pleasant memories.

Kenny was more than a business acquaintance for me. He called on Northwest Hardware since the 1980's. He especially connected with my father F W Overstreet. We talked about hardware, family and God. I consider him my friend. I look forward to talking with him after resurrection into the family of God!

A tree is known by its fruit; a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost; he who sows courtesy reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love. Saint Basil

When I think of Kenny, I think of kindness and of a warm heart. He was a man of integrity and who loved his family and friends. I know he is in Heaven looking down on his family and providing them comfort at this most difficult time. My prayers to the Puckett family.

So sorry to hear of Kenny’s passing. We used to work out together at the old wellness center. We were both serious Hokie fans! I also saw him as a patient when I practiced in Bluefield. My sincerest condolences to the family. He was a kind and gentle soul and will be missed.
