James Joseph Farley, 77, of Princeton died Monday, September 4, 2017 at his residence. Born August 19, 1940 in Manhattan, NY, he was the son of the late James Patrick Farley and Anna Hilley Farley.
James was the retired owner and operator of Computer Diagnostics Center. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Princeton.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two daughters, Tara Farley and Erin Farley Brown; and one sister, Maureen Madden.
Survivors include four children, Shannon Thompson of Princeton, Sean Farley of Christiansburg, VA, Debbie Farley-Savlas of NY, and James Patrick Farley of NY; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; one brother, Edward Farley and wife Edie of Branford, CT; and one sister, Betty McGee and husband John of Fairfax, VA.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Monday, September 11, 2017 at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with Deacon Don Hammond officiating. Burial will be at 2:00 PM Monday at the East Hill Cemetery in Salem, VA.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the service hour on Monday.
