PRINCETON — Henrietta Sue White, 83, of Princeton died Monday, March 20, 2017 at her residence. Born March 9, 1934 in Oakvale she was the daughter of the late Thomas C. Price and Katie Knox Price. She was a retired assembler at Rockwell International with seventeen years service. Henrietta was a member of Stinson United Methodist Church in Princeton, a member of the Princeton Chapter United Daughters of the Confederacy, a forty eight year member of Princeton Chapter Order of the Eastern Star #53, member of the Mercer County Historical Society, a member of the Appalachian Artist's Association, and was also awarded the State History Hero Award. She was very active and interested in Genealogy and painting, gifting her paintings to her family that dearly cherish them.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Omelia Shuff, Dorothy Morris, Virginia Meadows and Christine Powell. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survivors include her husband of sixty three years, Joe Eugene White of Princeton; one son, Mark A. White and wife Drema of Princeton; one daughter, Melissa Sue Glover and husband Tim of Princeton; five grandchildren, Tracy Hill and husband Aaron, Terri Radatz and husband Chad, Trena Stovall and husband Eric, Matthew Glover and wife Candice, and Jeffrey "J.D." Glover; and seven great grandchildren, Abigail Stovall, Hannah Stovall, Kylie Glover, Alexis Glover, Ashleigh Hill, Morgan Hill, and Paige Hill. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 23, 2017 at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Eric Stovall officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
