Glennon's Story

PRINCETON Glennon Stovall, 88, of Princeton died Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at his home. Born September 14, 1928 at Princeton he was the son of the late James Albert Stovall and Edna Moye Stovall.
Glenn was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and the U. S. Air Force having served during the Korean War. He retired from the U. S. Postal Service. He was a member of Fairview Christian Community Church in Princeton.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Janice Bell.
Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Lucille Cook Stovall; three children, James Albert Stovall, Carol Boggs and Alice Canterbury; 7 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and one sister, Lois Reimer.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Fairview Christian Community Church in Princeton with Rev. Larry Dyer officiating. Military honors will be provided by Mercer County Veterans Honor Guard. Interment will follow at Reid Cemetery in Spanishburg. Friends from Fairview Christian Community Church will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour at the church.
