PRINCETON - Faye Testino, 91, of Edgewood, MD, died Saturday, December 30, 2017 at John Hopkins Bayview in Baltimore, MD.
Born November 8, 1926 in Norton, VA, Faye was the daughter of the late Alvin Grover and Nancy Jane Gilley.
Faye was of the Protestant faith. In her earlier years, she had worked alongside her husband Raymond at Faye's Cafe in Matoaka, formerly the White Front. After moving to MD, she did factory work and later in a jewelry store. Family meant everything to Faye.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, C.J. Delp; four brothers, Oscar, Robert, John, and James Gilley.
Survivors include one son, Roy Keffer and his wife Alice of Peterstown; two daughters, Dixie Dishner of Princeton, and Sonia Hammen and her husband Tom of Edgewood, MD; four granddaughters, Deirdre Cecil of Bluefield, Raquel Mazur of Princeton, Tena Piner of Indiana, and Cinda Peck of Princeton; four grandsons, James Keffer of Matoaka, Roy Keffer Jr. of Rock, WV., Jay Hammen of Dade City, FL, and Barry Hammen of Severn, MD; four great grandsons; Richard Cecil, Cade and Dane Hammen and Cole Hammen; five great granddaughters; Courtney Dilley, Ashley Piner, Samantha Mazur, Gracie Hammen and Lainey Hammen; three great-great grandsons Gavin, Easton, and Gabriel; and one great-great granddaughter, Noella.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 5, 2018 at the Rowland H. Bailey Funeral Chapel of the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton with the Rev. Ron Miller officiating. Entombment will follow at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens mausoleum in Princeton.
The family will receive friends Thursday, January 4, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton.
