PRINCETON, WV David Luther Thomas, 80, of Princeton, formerly of Kegley, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at his residence.
Born August 18, 1936 at Kegley, he was the son of the late Noah and Virgie Bowden Thomas.
David was self-employed in the Home Improvement Industry, having retired after 35 years of service.
He was of the Holiness faith.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers: Odean and Freman Thomas; sisters, Mary, Marie, and Alma.
David is survived by his wife of 60 years, Betty Runyon Thomas; Sons, Randy Thomas, Tony Thomas, Joe and Ginny Thomas, and Luke and Dana Thomas, all of Columbus, OH; Daughters, Debra Arnett and companion, Mike Dunnigan, of Princeton, Shelia and Charlie Mullins, Barb and Benny Hall, all of Columbus, OH; 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; Brothers, Freddy Thomas, of North Carolina, and Omega and Linnie Thomas, of Columbus, OH; Sisters, Wanda and James Thompson, and Cleo Dull, all of Princeton.
Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 15, 2017 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of Memorial Funeral Directory on Athens Road, Princeton with Pastor Roger Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
