PRINCETON David Ray Goff 63, of Cahill Drive, Princeton, died Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at his home with his loving family by his side.
Born August 25, 1954 at Hinton, he was the son of the late Sidney and Florence Crews Goff.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son Joshua Ray Goff and a brother, George "Tiny" Goff, mother-in-law Nancy L. Vest.
David was the sales manager for Bimbo Bakery's in Dublin, Virginia for the past 18 years. He was a member of Ceres Baptist Church and while his health permitted, he enjoyed working in his yard and his
vegetable garden.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 23 years, Beverly Goff; Three sons, David Wayne Goff of Princeton, Cody Goff of Morgantown, WV, Christopher Lindamood and wife Stephanie of Murrells Inlet, SC; Three loving grandchildren, Khristian and Taylor Goff and Caleb Lindamood; Two sisters, Judith Brown and husband Glen of Waynesboro, VA, Kimberly Dingess and husband Eddie of Fort Gay, WV; Five brothers, Donald "Donnie" Goff and wife Barbara of Lerona, Kenneth Goff and wife Roberta and Robert "Tim" Goff both of Princeton, Sidney Goff and wife Gina of Cleveland, NC, and Michael Goff and wife Dorothy of Columbus, OH. Father-in-law Basil Vest and brother-in-law Rodney Vest and wife Nancy all of Morgantown. Host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of David Goff will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 27, 2018 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton with Pastor James Mooney officiating. Burial will follow in the Crews Family Cemetery, Pine Grove Road, Lerona.
Friends may visit with the family Friday evening from 6 until 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
