Bobby Gordon Bish, Sr., 76, of Lilly Grove, Princeton went to the arms of his Lord on Thursday, July 13, singing Amazing Grace and surrounded by his loving family. His wife, Barbara was by his side and holding his hand as she has for the past fifty eight years.
Bobby was loved by everyone he met and he loved them right back.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; two children, Edie Bailey (Tommy) and Bobby Bish, Jr. (Teresa); five grandsons, Cecil Williams (Jessie), Jonathan Bish, Josh Lowe, Justin Lowe, and Jeremy Lowe; great grandson, Samuel Colt Williams; special nephew, Justin Williams (Emily) and their son Waylon Wayne Williams; sisters, Betty Jo Johnston and Patsy Belcher; several special great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law; and brothers-in-law. He also leaves behind his very special friends, Melvin Dooley and Nita and their daughter, DeeDee Archer and husband Jeff.
Bobby will be greatly missed by family, friends, and co-workers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl H. Bish, Sr. and Edith Mullens Bish; and one brother, Carl H. Bish, Jr.
Please join us at 11:00 AM, Monday, July 17, 2017 for a simple graveside service honoring Bobby's wishes at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton with Rev. Gerald McKinney officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call at Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton from 10:00 AM until proceeding to graveside service.
