Beth Price Grindstaff Beth Price Grindstaff, 64 of North Tazewell, VA died Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at her home. Born November 26, 1954 at Clinchburg, VA she was a daughter of the late Eleanor Athey Price. Beth was a realtor and retired from Regency Real Estate Company. She served on numerous local and state boards and committees including the Tazewell County School Board, the Tazewell County Electoral Board, the Tazewell County Democratic Committee, and most notably she was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Milk Commission.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry who died July 24, 2018.
She is survived by her daughter, Jackie Grindstaff Crisp and husband, Kevin of North Tazewell, VA; step daughters, Renetta Dean and husband, Terry of North Tazewell, VA and Ronette Szabjo of Key West, FL; grandchildren, Jacob and Jackson Duty, Baleigh and Jillian Crisp, Dustin and Whitney Dean, Robert and Rachel Szabjo; two great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 PM Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Peery & St. Clair Funeral Home in Tazewell, VA.
Private graveside services and interment will be at Grandview Memory Gardens in Bluefield, VA with Dr. Thomas A. Conley officiating. Pallbearers are Kevin Crisp, Jeff Duty, Jacob Duty, Jackson Duty, Dustin Dean and Brian Bales. Honorary pallbearers are Eddie Pauley, Mike Dennis and Mike Hymes.

So sad to hear of her passing.... I met Beth when she was a realtor and was very kind and helpful to me.. prayers to all the family. She’ll be missed.🙏

So very sorry to hear of Ida Beth’s passing. We grew up together in Clinchburg. Have not seen her years but we were friends on FB. Please know that all of you are in my prayers. Ida Beth was a very special lady. May the Lord give all of you Peace & Comfort.
