PRINCETON — Barbara Ann "Bobbie" Hawks, 72, of Princeton died Sunday, April 9, 2017 at her residence. Born February 3, 1945 in Wilmington, DE she was the daughter of the late Ronald Fisher and Christine Terry Dale. Bobbie was a homemaker and a member of the Springfield Primitive Baptist Church in Greenville, WV. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin sister, Carol Maxine Lyons. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survivors include her husband, Samuel Nelson Hawks of Princeton; two sons, Samuel Hawks, Jr. and wife Denise Ann and Ricky E. Hawks and wife Jennifer Helen all of Princeton; six grandchildren, Mary Katherine Sheridan, Emmaline Grace Sheridan, Toshia Dawn-Marie Hudgins, Cory Nelson Hawks, Justin Matthew Hawks, and Bryan Marshall Lyons; and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 13, 2017 at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with Elder Jimmy Boothe officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
